During my time working at Walmart and Howard Johnson, I developed strong customer service skills by assisting customers and maintaining a high standard of organization. These experiences taught me the importance of attention to detail and a positive attitude in ensuring customer satisfaction. I have always enjoyed working with my hands, and as someone who has worked in a similar institution, I’m familiar with the roles I must play in this position, which is why I am eager to pursue this role. 

In addition to my work experience, I have been recognized for my leadership skills, having served as a Peer to Peer Leader. I am committed to ongoing learning and am confident in my ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment like Macys. I am particularly drawn to your company because I’m a customer myself.
